ALL ABOUT PEST CONTROL SERVICES
When performed properly, a pest control service will manage or eliminate household pests that may invade a structure. We recommend a pest control service for anyone who has a pest problem or wants preventative maintenance.
After thoroughly inspecting a structure, we will assess any current infestations or determine if conditions are present for an infestation to occur. Based on our inspection, we will recommend a pest control treatment program that is specific to your needs.
B&C Exterminating performs pest control services on a monthly, every other month, or quarterly basis. The frequency is determined by the wants of the customer, the severity of the issue, and what we recommend as licensed professionals.
An exterior pest control service involves spraying the exterior of the home around the eaves, doors, windows, under porches, and any other harborage areas where pests may hide and enter the home. An interior treatment can be performed, however if a regular exterior service is maintained, an interior treatment shouldn't be necessary.
By maintaining a pest control program, you can rest easier knowing that your family and your home are protected.

Our monthly, every other month, and quarterly services can control the following pests:

We also offer services for occasional invaders (mice, bed bugs, fleas, etc.) that cannot be controlled with a traditional exterior treatment program. Controlling these pests takes a different plan of action. But since we are a full-service company, we've got you covered!

WHAT WILL IT COST
Every structure is unique in its pest control needs. B&C Exterminating recommends an every other month exterior treatment for most homes. This treatment will provide a lasting barrier around your home, preventing pests from getting in.
All of our services require an initial pest control service. The initial service involves a heavier application to ensure a proper barrier is placed around the home.
Initial services begin at $125.00, but can be higher depending on the size of the treatment area, what pests we're treating for, ease of access, etc. Every other month services begin at $55.00, but, again, can be higher based on the previous factors.
Of course there are other ways pests can enter your home (on a person, cracks not reached by an exterior treatment, etc.), so we offer interior treatments, also.
